MANUFACTURER WARRANTY
Every item we sell is authorized by the manufacturer, unlike many other sites you'll find on the web. What does this mean for you? It means that anything you buy from us is backed up by whatever warranty the manufacturer offers on the item.
REFUNDS
Approved returns are eligible for refund once received in our warehouse and inspected by our returns staff. Refunds, once approved, are issued for the amount of the purchase less any incurred shipping fees (outbound or inbound) and any applicable restocking or handling fees. Please also note that for your return to be authorize a picture of the product is required to proceed with the return. Discontinued products are non-returnable.
Refunds are processed to the original source of payment only. Refunds are processed within 5 business days of receipt of the return in our warehouse once inspected and approved for refund.
There may be occasional price mistakes on the site, and we reserve the right to cancel and refund these orders. You will be contacted for a way to pay the proper price if possible.
BC Racing Performance does not reimburse for any labor charges, installation fees or any other related fees. Only the product purchased from Autoplicity.com is eligible for refund approval.
SHIPPING/HANDLING FEES
Shipping and Handling fees are non-refundable, inbound and outbound. Shipping fees that fall under the "Free Shipping" promotion are non-refundable and are deducted from the refund price. Eligibility for Free Shipping is valid only when the product purchased under the promotion is retained by the Customer.
BC Racing Performance does not reimburse for any damaged incurred during the shipping of a product. The Customer Service Department can assist with the filing of a claim with the appropriate shipping carrier. BC Racing Performance reserves the right to ship to the billing address at their discretion.
There may be occasional shipping price errors on the website, and we reserve the right to cancel and refund these orders. You will be contacted for an opportunity to pay the proper price if possible. Oversized items are always subject to additional shipping fees.
In the case that all or part of your order contains items that are backordered, we will ship the in-stock items and notify you about the status of your remaining order. Once the backordered items are available, they will be shipped and we will provide you with updated shipping information.
BC Racing Performance is not responsible for any taxes, duties or custom fees that may be associated with any shipment outside of the continental United States.
RESTOCKING FEES
Most BC Racing Performance products are able eligible for return without restocking or handling fees if it was an error on Autoplicity's behalf. A 15% restocking fee will apply to the following orders/shipments:
- Orders received without an RMA # clearly marked on the box.
- Special orders, products ordered for the incorrect vehicle, product that is qualified as an oversized, overweight or large package and other associated products. Please contact Customer Service before you place your order for questions, outside of those noted, on if your product falls within the parameter that may require a restocking fee.
HOW TO MAKE A RETURN
Certain merchandise such as special orders, custom merchandise, electronics
etc. may be non-refundable and not eligible for return. Please refer to our "Exceptions" section for further details on if your item is
eligible for return.

2. Click the 'Customer Orders' tab
3. Click the 'Return or replace items' link
4. Follow the instructions, and your account will be updated as we process the return request!
Once your package is received and inspected, the returns department will issue an approval for refund, less applicable shipping and/or handling fees. Your refund, once approved, will be credited to your card within 5 business days of receipt of your package.
Items shipped to any address other than the address noted will not be eligible for refund. Items refused for shipment will not be eligible for refund.
Autoplicity.com will assist our Customer's in contact and communication with the Manufacturer in the event of a Warranty question or a Defective item. Please contact Customer Service at 855-998-8726 to discuss how BC Racing Performance may be able to assist you with your warranty or defective item needs.
In many circumstances BC Racing Performance will be able to assist in the filing of a warranty claim with a manufacturer or the return of a defective item however Autoplicity.com does not certify or warrant any action, refund or replacement on behalf of a manufacturer.
Advanced replacement parts are not available.
Most products at BC Racing Performance are eligible for return within 30 days of the shipment date. Contact our Customer Service Department via [email protected] to receive information regarding eligibility of your product for return
REFUND EXCEPTIONS
The below exceptions are non-returnable and non-refundable.
SPECIAL ORDER and CUSTOM MADE PARTS: Any items that are a Special Order or a Custom Made parts.
PRINT, MEDIA, DECALS, APPAREL, PROMOTION: All Print, Media and Apparel including but not limited to, Books, Manuals, CD's, DVD's, T-shirts, Hats, Shoes, decals, banners and displays.
ELECTRICAL/ELECTRONICS: All Electrical parts, including but not limited to, Batteries, Starters, Alternators, Electric Fuel Pumps, Modules, Programmers, Wiring Harness, Sensors, Bulbs, Lighting and Switches.
WHEELS and TIRES: All tires, all Wheels and Wheel Accessories, including but not limited to Center Caps, Hub Caps and Lug Nut Covers.
ACCESSORIES: Seats, Seat Covers, Car Covers. All Tonneau Cover's. Covercraft Weathershield Cover's. Some brands of Grille Guards, Carpet Matts, Step Bars, Running Boards, Fender Flares, Cargo Boxes and Portable Garages. Please contact Customer Service at 855-998-87268 for specific verification on your product.
RACING-OFF ROAD: All racing and safety equipment, including but not limited to, Helmets, Racing Suits, Race shoes, Fire Extinguishers, Roll Cages and Roll Bars.
SHOCKS AND SUSPENSION: All Koni Shocks. All Coil Over Suspensions. Some lift kits are non-returnable including but not limited to, Skyjackor, Rancho, Procomp, ReadyLift, Fabtech Lift Kits. Please contact Customer Service for specific verification on your product.
ENGINES: All Engines, including but not limited to, short blocks, long blocks and turn key engines.
TURBO CHARGERS-SUPERCHARGERS: All Turbo Chargers and Turbo Kits, including but not limited to, Intercoolers, Supercharger Kit Components, Compressors, Blowers, Installation Kits, Manifolds, Turbo Kit Components and Installation Kits. All Kit Replacement parts, including but not limited to, Hardware Packs, Brackets, Kit Sub-Assemblies and Kit Components.
EMISSIONS EQUIPMENT: Most Emissions Equipment, including but not limited to Catalytic Converters. Please contact Customer Service for specific verification on your product.
MAINTENANCE: All maintenance parts, including but not limited to, spark plugs, filters, gaskets and big brake kits. Some rotors are including but not limited to, Power Slot Cryo Rotors. Please contact Customer Service for specific verification on your rotors.
FLUIDS: All fluids, including but not limited to, Oil, Fuel, Additives, Paint and Adhesives.
BODY: All Body Panels, including but not limited to, Hoods, Fenders, Spoilers, Bumpers, Doors and Trunks.
GM PARTS: All GM Parts.
KIT REPLACEMENT PARTS: Including, but not limited to, hardware packs, brackets, kit sub-assemblies and kit components.

Should you have any concern regarding return eligibility of your product please contact Customer Service prior to placing your order for information specific to your purchase.
DISCLAIMER AND LIMITATIONS ON OUR LIABILITY
You use the site and services at your own risk. The site and services and all products are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, BC Racing Performance and its officers, employees, managers, members, parents, subsidiaries, corporate affiliates, agents, and licensors (referred to collectively as "affiliates") disclaim all warranties of any kind, express or implied, with respect to the site and services (including the implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular use or purpose and non-infringement).
In particular, BC Racing Performance and its affiliates make no representations or warranties about the accuracy or completeness of content available on or through the site or services (including, without limitation, any reviews, recommendations, comments or other content available on or through the site or services) or the content of any web sites or resources linked to the site or services. BC Racing Performance and its affiliates will have no liability for any: (a) errors, mistakes, or inaccuracies of content; (b) personal injury or property damage resulting from your access to or use of the site or services; (c) any unauthorized access to or use of our servers or of any personal or financial information; (d) any interruption of transmission to or from the site or services; (e) any bugs, viruses, trojan horses, or the like which may be transmitted on or through the site or services by any third party; or (f) any loss or damage of any kind incurred as a result of the use of any content posted, e-mailed, transmitted, or otherwise made available on or through the site or services.
Except as expressly provided in these terms or in any applicable additional terms, BC Racing Performance and its affiliates do not warrant, endorse, guarantee, or assume responsibility for any third party product or service recommended, advertised or offered for sale on or through the BC Racing Performance site or services or any linked web site.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, neither BC Racing Performance nor its affiliates will be liable under any theory of liability for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or exemplary damages, including, damages for loss of revenues, profits, goodwill, use, data, or other intangible losses (even if such parties were advised of, knew of or should have known of the possibility of such damages), arising from or relating to use of the site or services.
Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion of certain warranties or the limitation or exclusion of liability for incidental or consequential damages. Accordingly, some of the above limitations and disclaimers may not apply to you. To the extent BC Racing Performance may not, as a matter of applicable law, disclaim any implied warranty or limit its liabilities, the scope and duration of such warranty and the extent of BC Racing Performances liability will be the minimum permitted under such law.
IDEMNIFICATION
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless BC Racing Performance and its Affiliates from and against any and all claims, liabilities, damages, losses, costs, expenses, fees of any kind (including reasonable attorneys' fees and legal costs), arising from or relating to: (a) any information (including your User Content, feedback, or any other content) that you or anyone using your account submit, post, or transmit through the Site or Services; (b) the use of the Site or Services by you or anyone using your account; (c) the violation of these Terms by you or anyone using your account; or (d) the violation of any rights of any third party, including intellectual property, privacy, publicity, or other proprietary rights by you or anyone using your account. BC Racing Performance reserves the right, at its own expense, to assume the exclusive defense and control of any matter otherwise subject to indemnification by you. If we do assume the defense of such a matter, you will reasonably cooperate with BC Racing Performance in such defense.
OTHER PROVISIONS
Under no circumstances will BC Racing Performance be held liable for any delay or failure in performance due in whole or in part to any acts of nature or other causes beyond its reasonable control.
These Terms will be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of New York, without giving effect to any conflict of laws rules or provisions.
Any controversy, claim, or dispute arising out of or related to these Terms (or the interpretation, performance, or breach of them), the Site or the Services, including but not limited to alleged violations of state or federal statutory or common law rights or duties (a Dispute) shall be solely and exclusively resolved according to the procedures set forth in this paragraph. If we are unable to resolve any Dispute through informal means, either party may initiate binding arbitration of such Dispute. The arbitration shall be initiated and conducted according to the JAMS/Endispute Comprehensive Arbitration Rules and Procedures in effect as of the date hereof, including the Optional Appeal Procedure provided for in such rules (the Arbitration Rules). The arbitration shall be conducted in Suffolk County before a single neutral arbitrator appointed in accordance with the Arbitration Rules. The arbitrators decision shall be controlled by these Terms and any of the other agreements, including any applicable Additional Terms. No Disputes may be arbitrated on a class or representative basis; arbitration can decide only the individual Dispute and the arbitrator may not consolidate or join the claims of other persons or parties who may be similarly situated. By entering into these terms, you hereby irrevocably waive any right you may have to join claims with those of others in the form of a class action or similar procedural device. Any claims arising out of, relating to, or connected with these terms must be asserted individually. The arbitrator shall not have the power to award punitive damages against any party.
If any provision of these Terms is found to be unlawful, void, or unenforceable, then that provision will be deemed severable from these Terms and will not affect the validity or enforceability of any remaining provisions.
The failure of BC Racing Performance to enforce any right or provision of these Terms will not prevent BC Racing Performance from enforcing such right or provision in the future.
We may assign our rights and obligations under these Terms, including in connection with a merger, acquisition, a sale of assets or by operation of law.
We reserve the right to change prices without previous notification, and price adjustments will not be applied to your original order. Please note that actual products may differ slightly from picture. We are not responsible for typographical, pricing, product information, advertising or shipping errors.
CHANGES TO THESE TERMS
From time to time, we may change these Terms. If we change these Terms, we will inform you by posting the revised Terms on the Site. Those changes will go into effect on the Revision Date shown in the revised Terms. By continuing to use our Site or Services, you agree to the revised Terms. If you object to any such changes, your sole recourse shall be to cease using the Site and/or Services.
